Who is the Bride of Christ?
Acknowledgements When I was a small boy, I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. Since that time, God has used many people to be a spiritual blessing in my life. This would include family, friends, pastors, Bible teachers, evangelists, church leaders, and many other believers. It is not possible to list everyone by name, but I thank God for every one of them. They taught me, were my spiritual examples, influenced me to godliness, and encouraged me to love God with all my heart, mind, soul and strength. Most of all, I would like to thank God for giving me His Holy Spirit to teach me, to lead me and to guide me into a deeper understanding and knowledge of His Holy Word, the Bible. In 1 Corinthians 3:5-7, it is written:
“Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by
whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?
I have planted, Apollos watered; but God
gave the increase.
So then neither is he that plants
anything, neither is he that waters, but God that giveth the
increase.” Even though God has used many ministers of the Gospel to influence my life, He has given me the increase of the knowledge and understanding of His Word by His Holy Spirit. Hallelujah! Praise be to God! I would like to thank Pastor Bill Turner and his wife Kathy for being personally a great inspiration and encouragement to my life and ministry, as well as being close and trusted friends. In addition, I would like to thank Pastor Turner for the many insights he has shared with me over the years regarding the Bride of Christ. Pastor Bill, I thank you with a humble heart. I would like to give a special mention of thanks to my father and mother, Doyle and Lillian Chumney. I thank them for their unconditional love and support of me over the years and for being very faithful parents. Mom and Dad, I LOVE you! You are the most special parents in the entire world! ! ! In conclusion, while I am very thankful for all those who have been used by God to be a blessing in my life, I am most thankful to God Himself for His eternal grace, mercy, and lovingkindness which He has shown toward me. May God and His Kingdom receive ALL the glory. Amen!

Forward When I was a small boy, I accepted
Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.
From that time, I have faithfully
attended church and have desired to learn and understand God’s
Word and the ways of the After attending church for so many years, I have always heard it taught that the entire Church (made up of all those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior) was the Bride of Christ. In fact, I have heard very little debate within Christianity regarding WHO is the Bride of Christ. However, it seems that the major debate within Christianity has always been WHEN the Bride of Christ will be raptured and not WHO she is. The debates and theories within Christianity regarding when the entire Church will be raptured varies greatly from pre-tribulation to mid-tribulation to post-tribulations. Others teach that it will be at the end of the thousand-year reign of Christ, and still others teach that there is no rapture. Wanting to know the truth of God’s Word, I have always studies the Word of God with great diligence. I have examined the different theories on the rapture of the church, but I have NEVER considered that perhaps not all those who make up the Church would be part of the Bride of Christ. Then, one day, God began to reveal
to me that the entire Church (those who have accepted Jesus
Christ as their personal Lord and Savior) was not the Bride of
Christ.
I was STUNNED and SHOCKED to learn from
God that, even though all those who have accepted Jesus Christ
as their personal Lord and Savior will be in Heaven, not all
Christians who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord
and Savior will be the Bride of Christ.
Then, God began to share with me in
detail, through the inspiration of His Holy Spirit, the
biblical, spiritual characteristics of the Bride of Christ and
what her role is in the This book is the revelation that
God has shared with me by His Holy Spirit concerning the

Yeshua from Genesis to Revelation
